Business isn't easy, it requires hard work, and most people don't want to hear that. But if you embrace the fact that you have to learn and work hard, success will be right around the corner. They would pay a monthly fee in exchange for a territory that will earn them commissions on a monthly basis. Therefore, I would like to use Chameleon's passive system so they can help me generate te leads and sign them up for me (close the sale for me). Can I use them for doing this for my company? The other option is for me to try to do the whole thing myself (place ads on Craiglist, etc...) and answer every phone call I would get and do the closing myself. I've always found that it is better to learn to generate leads on your own before deciding to use some sort of system. Once you know how to generate leads on your own, you'll then be able to decipher whether "a system" will benefit you.
